Hello! My name is Alanna Vang, and I’m a Staffing Consultant in our Morganton office. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in HR Management and plan to achieve my SHRM certification. I work in staffing because it gives me a unique look at how organizations make decisions and allows me to support people during an important part of their lives, their careers. I love that our company leads with compassion and advocates for solutions that respect both candidates and clients. I believe that our work mixes strategy with caring for people. We help people succeed in the right places and help teams build strong, lasting relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones and hiking in the mountains.
