I never thought about working in staffing. I first came to Catawba Valley Staffing simply looking for work, but I was offered a position within the company, and nine years later, I’m still here. The reason is clear: staffing allows me to live out my deep desire to help people. Today, I serve as the Manager of the Morganton office, where I love watching and helping my team grow. Supporting them in achieving their goals not only at work but also in their personal lives is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
