Hello, I am Stephanie Bannister with the Hickory office. I was drawn to the staffing industry because I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people and finding a way forward for them — there’s something incredibly fulfilling about matching the right talent with the right role. I wish more people knew how deeply we care behind the scenes—every placement represents hours of thoughtful work, relationship-building, and advocacy. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, hiking, anything DIY and singing karaoke. I cannot wait to see what we achieve together!
