This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing parts and equipment to meet quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming parts. Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, HVLP equipment, rollers, or brushes. Mix and match paints according to specifications and maintain proper viscosity. Inspect finished work for quality, thickness, adhesion, and uniformity. Follow all company painting procedures and quality-control standards. Safely operate paint booth equipment, ovens, and related tools. Maintain a clean and organized paint area, including equipment and supplies. Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental regulations, including proper disposal of materials. Qualifications 1–3+ years of industrial painting experience preferred (manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, or similar). Experience with prep work, primers, epoxies, urethanes, or powder coating is a plus. Ability to read work orders and follow detailed specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

This role supports production by ensuring work areas, restrooms, common spaces, and equipment zones remain free of debris, hazards, and contaminants. Key Responsibilities Facility Cleaning & Maintenance Sweep, mop, and vacuum production floors, hallways, and common areas. Empty and sanitize trash bins and recycling containers throughout the facility. Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and locker rooms. Clean windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Dust shelves, equipment exteriors, and work surfaces. Manufacturing Area Upkeep Remove scrap material, cardboard, and debris from production lines. Handle safe disposal of non-hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures.
