Mix and match paints according to specifications and maintain proper viscosity. Inspect finished work for quality, thickness, adhesion, and uniformity. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace motors, bearings, sensors, belts, pumps, valves, and other components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies. Qualifications 2–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, automation, or CNC equipment is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
