We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing parts and equipment to meet quality and production standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming parts. Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, HVLP equipment, rollers, or brushes. Mix and match paints according to specifications and maintain proper viscosity. Inspect finished work for quality, thickness, adhesion, and uniformity. Follow all company painting procedures and quality-control standards. Safely operate paint booth equipment, ovens, and related tools. Maintain a clean and organized paint area, including equipment and supplies. Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental regulations, including proper disposal of materials. Qualifications 1–3+ years of industrial painting experience preferred (manufacturing, automotive, fabrication, or similar). Experience with prep work, primers, epoxies, urethanes, or powder coating is a plus. Ability to read work orders and follow detailed specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
