Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Repair or replace motors, bearings, sensors, belts, pumps, valves, and other components. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals. Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Follow all OSHA and company safety policies. Qualifications 2–5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, automation, or CNC equipment is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Work with various materials such as fabric, leather, vinyl, and foam-backed textiles. Ensure seams are straight, tight, and meet quality standards. Inspect pieces before and after sewing to ensure accuracy and consistency. Make minor machine adjustments, change needles, and thread machines as needed. Collaborate with the upholstery and production teams to meet daily output goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Qualifications 1–2+ years of sewing experience in furniture, upholstery, or textile manufacturing preferred. Ability to operate industrial sewing machines (walking foot, single-needle, double-needle). Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Mini Finisher - Primary Purpose: Prepare product for finishing. Sprays a uniform coat of finishing material over the exterior surface. Finisher 1, Prepare product and one spray operation, Finisher 2 Prepare product, and spray two or more operations. Finisher 3, Prepare product, operate all spray applications, repair, and color match. Essential duties and responsibilities: · Manually sand all exposed areas on furniture pieces (hand sander). · Applies filler by brush, spraying, or wiping then wipes with rags to ensure uniform color (applies filler). · Uses spray gun to spray lacquer, paint, wash coat, stain, and/or shade onto unfinished furniture pieces (spray operator) meeting quality standards. · Transports pieces between departments manually. · Sets up cup gun, gravity bucket, or pump and mixes materials in the bucket as required. · Sets unit on the table (special finish) prior to spraying and off the table at the completion of the operation. · Makes basic visual inspection of the unit and marks defects.

WILL PACK, WRAP, WEIGH, STRAP CASES OF YARN. WILL MOVE PACKAGED YARN TO PROPER STAGE AREA WILL THEN INSPECT YARN. MUST LEARN TO OPERATE A TOW MOTOR (EXPERIENCE PREFERRED). MUST WORK OT AS NEEDED. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, TWIST, STOOP, AND LIFT 50 LBS CONSISTENLY

Leather sorters inspect and classify leather during and at the end of the production process according to the qualitative features, destinations of use and customer requirements. They work in the tannery and in the warehouses checking the quality, colour, size, thickness, softness and natural defects. Will need to be able to bend, stoop, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.

WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING COATING SAMPLES FOR TESTING, USING A SPECTOPHOTOMER, AND ADJUSTING PRODUCTION BATCHES TO MEET QUALITY STANDARDS. AND TROUBLESHOOTING ANY ABNORMALITIES OF PRODUCTION BATCHES. MUST HAVE STRONG MATH SKILLS AND A BACKGROUND IN CHEMISTRY AND/OR EXPERIENCE WITH LABORATORY EQUIPMENT IS PREFERRED.
