WILL BE LOADING/UNLOADING A BOX TRUCK AND DELIVERING ORDERS (NO CDL REQUIRED). MAY ALSO ASSIST IN OTHER SHIPPING AREA DUTIES SUCH AS CUSHION STUFFING & TYING UP KITS. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD. MUST BE COMFORTABLE LIFTING 50 LBS. ANYTHING OVER 50 LBS REQUIRES TEAM LIFTING. *PAY IS BETWEEN $16-$18 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE*

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the common spaces such as keeping isles clean, ensuring shelves are properly organized, picking up litter and cleaning spills, Also, carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special custodial projects. POSITION DETAILS: You have proven experience in Housekeeping or Environment Services as a Cleaner, Janitor, Custodian, Housekeeper or Environmental Services Tech. Customer-oriented and welcoming. Ability to work with little supervision, maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures. Be a team player

WILL BE FITTING PRECUT FOAM CUSHIONS INTO THIN WHITE CUSHION COVERS. MUST SMOOTH OUT ALL CORNERS AND EDGES AND CLOSE COVER AS NEEDED. THIS IS A FAST-PACED POSITION AND YOU WILL BE ON YOUR FEET ALL DAY. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST, AND LIFT UP TO 40 LBS.

Job Summary: General upkeep of all plant property and equipment. Tools and Equipment used: Hand tools such as wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, hammers, hacksaws, micrometers, calipers, etc. and power tools such as drills, portable band saws, etc. Essential Functions: Perform the following duties according to ISO 9001 work instructions and standards: ● Plan the procedures for the setup, installation, and repair of production and building equipment; special purpose machines; high pressure steam, water, air, and gas lines/systems; electrical and electronic controls; piping, and tubing. ● Repair plant facilities including flooring and tile. Perform general carpentry work. ● Inspect equipment for proper lubrication and perform preventive maintenance. ● Diagnose trouble, disassemble, determine extent of repairs, estimate labor time for outside repairs and/or make needed repairs and adjustments on plant facilities/equipment/machinery. ● Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools. ● Plan and lay out work for lower classified mechanics. ● Weld and work with sheet metal as required. ● Work scheduled overtime. ● Clean up after each maintenance activity using good housekeeping standards. ● Perform other duties as assigned. Safety: ● Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers. ● Report all job related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. ● Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards. ● Ear protection in high noise areas, safety belt, gloves, and other specialized equipment required to perform job safely. Qualifications: ● Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others. ● Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic math skills in the English language. ● Experience in welding, pipefitting, boilers, air conditioners, air compressors, and operation of lathes and milling machines. ● Must possess good mechanical ability. ● Heavy lifting required. ● Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading.

Job Summary: Responsible for the daily activities of shop personnel including training, job assignment, and completion of work, excluding HR type functions such as hiring, evaluations, terminations, etc. Tools and Equipment used: General office equipment and supplies and maintenance tools and equipment (both general and specialized). Essential Functions: ● Assure quality by enforcing and maintaining ISO-9000 work instructions and standards. ● Assure that work instructions are updated annually and when there are changes to processes and/or equipment. ● Assure that certification checklists are completed promptly. ● Manage, monitor, and control work flow to achieve production and efficiency goals set by the Company. ● Maintain plant records and report to management. ● Follow company policy in training & scheduling employees. ● Handle problems that arise in accordance with company policy. ● Work scheduled overtime. ● Ensure smooth and effective completion of job assignments for the maintenance personnel. ● Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: ● Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others. ● High school diploma or GED required. ● Specialized training and/or experience in electronics, electricity, HVAC, machinery installation/repair/troubleshooting, etc. ● Communication and supervisory skills.

Job Summary: Perform repair and preventative maintenance on all material handling equipment. Essential Functions: ● Repair motorized and manual material handling equipment at all Valdese Weavers plants ● Maintain batteries and battery systems for electric powered material handling vehicles. ● Keep the Maintenance shop area and work area clean. ● Keep the mobile shop truck clean and organized. ● Assist other maintenance personnel with various duties throughout the plant. ● Maintain repair replacement parts inventory for PIT’s. Other Requirements: ● Clean up after each maintenance activity using good housekeeping standards. ● Store and maintain tools/equipment properly and safely. ● Perform other duties as needed to complete assignments or as directed by the supervisor. Safety: ● Perform all duties in a safe manner following guidelines established by Valdese Weavers. ● Report all job-related injuries and safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. ● Actively participate in safety programs that identify, investigate, and correct safety hazards. ● Maintain 5S standards. ● PPE as Required by policy and guidelines. ● Ear Protection in high noise areas, safety belt, gloves, goggles, and other equipment as necessary to do each job safely. Qualifications: ● Meet all pre-employment requirements. ● Basic reading, writing, and math skills as required by the position. ● Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others. ● Must possess good mechanical ability. ● Must have good physical condition - heavy lifting required. ● Basic Computer skills (E-mail, Spreadsheets, Maintenance work program)

Essential Functions: Perform the following duties according to ISO 9001 work instructions and standards: ● Install, repair, and wire a variety of electrical and electronic equipment and controls related to production and building equipment (including motors, relays, circuit breakers, machine/process controls/circuits, and alarm/communication systems. ● Diagnose problems and replace/repair defective parts. ● Maintain/replace/repair HVAC controls. ● Install wiring, conduit, and switches during remodeling and construction. ● Work scheduled overtime. ● Clean up after each maintenance activity using good housekeeping standards. ● Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: ● Good communication skills with the ability to work well with others. ● Proficient in reading, writing, and performing basic math skills in the English language. ● Knowledge of blueprint reading, national Electrical Code, instrument measuring, labor/material planning, theory of electronics, and AC/DC and three phase AC power distribution. ● Heavy lifting required.

WILL ADJUST, CALIBRATE, AND TEST EQUIPMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY SHIFT TO ENSURE PROPER PRESSURE, SPEED, TEMPERATURE, AND GENERAL OPERATION. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALONE. MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER, READING, WRITING, MEASUREMENT, AND MATH SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST, AND LIFT 50 POUNDS FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT.

MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER, READING, WRITING, MEASUREMENT, AND MATH SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST, AND LIFT 50 POUNDS FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT.

WILL PROCESS REQUESTS FOR SALES INFORMATION, LEAD TIMES AND QUOTES FROM PRICE LISTS. WILL TRANSACT CUSTOMER ORDERS, PACKING LISTS, COMPLAINTS, AND RETURNS PROFESSIONALLY AND TIMELY WHILE MAINTAINING ACCURATE RECORD KEEPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION. MUST HAVE STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, BE DETAIL-ORIENTED, PROFICIENT IN MULTITASKING, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION (BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN) AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS. PREFER EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SALES AND RELATIONS. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIANCE IN A MANUFACTURING SETTING.
