Job Summary Cost Accountant II to manage and support the general accounting activities according to the policies and objectives of the company. This position reports directly to the Plant Controller. All About you Responsibilities • Administer the standard cost accounting system for the direct plant operation in order to enable informative pricing and margin decision making. • Develop controls and procedures in order to ensure accurate reporting of production data (quantities & labor). Floor data integrity. •Perform all cost accounting integrity of standard cost system, costing new parts, and analyzing production variances. • Responsible for processing of Salaried Exempt and Non-Exempt payroll, Labor reconciliation, temp agency invoice reconciliation, review ADP salary vacation for pending requests prior to payroll processing. • Analyze inventory transactions for accuracy, proper documentation and recording to maintain the general ledger's complete and current accuracy. • Analyze scrap transactions in order to maintain accurate inventory records and a reliable basis for tracking direct labor performance. • Generate information, journal entries, and financial reports expeditiously and accurately to meet the needs of the organization. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration • A graduate degree in business or MBA would be beneficial. • Five plus years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management. • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures. • A strategic and analytical mindset. • An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills. • A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies. • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Leadership and mentoring skills. • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.

WILL OPERATE AND MAINTAIN EXTRUSION MACHINERY. WILL MANUFACTURE YARN BY MELTING PELLETS OF POLYPROPYLENE MATERIAL INTO LONG THREADS. WILL PERFORM COLOR CHANGES ON EXTRUDER LINES BY CHANGING CHIPS, SETTINGS, CLEAR MIXER, AND EXTRUDING PREVIOUS COLORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISO 9001 STANDARDS. MUST CLEAN AND INSPECT INDIVIDUAL PACK PARTS. WILL REBUILD PACKS CONTAINING SPINNERET FOR REUSE. MUST BE COMFORTABLE STANDING FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALONE. MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER, READING, WRITING, MEASUREMENT, AND MATH SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST, AND LIFT 50 POUNDS FREQUENTLY THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT. ***SHIFT HOURS WILL EVENTUALLY BE 8PM TO 8AM***

WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUILDING ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED. WILL BE TASKED WITH THE STAGING AND PREPARATION OF ORDERS TO BE LOADED ON DELIVERY TRUCKS. MUST BE ABLE TO DEVELOP A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS, ARRIVE TO WORK AT AN ASSIGNED TIME, BEND, STOOP, TWIST, AND LIFT UP TO 50 LBS CONSISTENTLY. ANYTHING OVER 50 LBS WILL REQUIRE THE USE OF A TEAMLIFT OR FORKLIFT.

This is an entry-level position. This position will learn multiple bakery production jobs, many of which are machine operator positions. Responsibilities include the consistent production of a high quality product in a baking facility while incorporating safety and sanitation standards. This position is committed to ensuring the best quality products, excellent customer service by following good manufacturing practices.Performing various entry-level positions including:- Loading and unloading pans from production line- Loading and unloading oven and/or proof box- Dumping waste buckets- Assisting with other positions as assigned by supervisor- Filling in for absent positions in production or packaging areas- Taking appropriate action to ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system- Responsible for reporting and taking necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring- Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the

Perform the basic preventative maintenance of the equipment being used in the work areas and perform minor maintenance to assigned equipment. 8. Must be able to complete production paperwork as required in a timely manner. 9. Must follow all health and safety requirements of the position. 10. Must be able to perform all jobs assigned by the Group Leader or Supervisor. 11. Stop production when non-conforming product is detected and to make sure that immediate actions are taken. 12. MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND A RECIPE AND HAVE A STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND COOKING METHODS. MUST HAVE STRONG READING, MATH, AND PEOPLE SKILLS. MUST BE COMFORTABLE HELPING IN OTHER AREAS/ROLES AS NEEDED INCLUDING DISHWASHING AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE TASKS. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST AND LIFT UP TO 50 LBS REPEATEDLY THROUGHOUT SHIFT.

MUST KEEP THE WORK AREA CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. MUST BE COMFORTABLE USING A PALLET JACK. AND ELECTRIC PALLET JACK. MUST HAVE GOOD READING, MATH AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS. MUST FOLLOW ALL SOP'S AND SAFETY POLICIES. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST AND LIFT UP TO 50 LBS REPEATEDLY THROUGHOUT SHIFT. MUST COMPLETE FORKLIFT TRAINING.

WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING TICKETS FOR THE WEAVE ROOM SO ORDERS CAN BE WOVEN. THIS WILL INCLUDE OBTAINING YARN FROM BINS, FILLING TICKETS AS DIRECTED, ENSURING YARN IS THE PROPER SHADE AND HAS NO DEFECTS, TAKING YARN TO THE TRANSPORT STAGING AREA, KEEPING YARN BINS CLEAN, ETC. THIS POSITION IS PRODUCTION BASED AND HAS A REQUIRED OUTPUT OF 24 LOOMS/72 TICKETS PER 8 HOUR SHIFT. MUST HAVE BASIC READING, WRITING AND MATH SKILLS AS WELL AS BE ABLE TO DISCERN COLORS. MUST HAVE A LICENSE TO OPERATE PIT EQUIPMENT SUCH AS A CHERRY PICKER. MUST COMPLETE FORKLIFT TRAINING. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST AND LIFT UP TO 25 LBS.

WILL RUN A PRESS MACHINE TO MAKE MOLDS OF CARPET AND PLASTIC PARTS FOR THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, STOOP, TWIST AND LIFT UP TO 30 LBS.
